Team Names

You'll notice that some teams have names like Rockets, Storm, Anacondas etc, while other have names like BU08-1, GU15, etc. BORING!

Yes, you can have a name with Pizzazz. Subject to the approval and standards of your club, your team name is easily changed.

Coordinate through your Club Administrator or Registrar, then have them send an email to Jim Mantle (see the contacts page). It would be easier if not every coach sent individual emails, but rather a single email for an age group was sent (e.g. send one email for the six Stittsville BU08 teams, not six emails).

This is a great opportunity to engage the players, and have them take ownership of, and pride in, their team.
