Changed the document’s date from 2009 to 2010.
With the implementation of the E2E League Management System, discipline reports may now be submitted electronically by the referee.
With the implementation of the E2E League Management System, notification of team officials and club representatives is now via email. The team officials, or club representatives, are responsible for notifying the player.
